Wet outside Drywall inside

Arrival of the drywall crew is a milestone in the process and the first look at what the rooms will feel like.
Lots of rain and more in the forecast means stucco is delayed. The electrical conduit trench from house to garage was dug and now sits awaiting the electrician. Too long, causing it to flood and water to seep against the garage foundation.
Brother Dave has installed a media box in the office closet that will house modem, router, phone and cabling in one place. Hoping he doesn’t send an invoice!
