Some progress since last post but more delays as well. We’re waiting for estimates on needed reinforcement of concrete supports below living room where the new patio room will connect and for reinforcement of the front door threshold.
The garage work has begun! Wooden forms and rebar placement for a massive concrete pour is underway in 90+degree heat.
Of course there are some unanticipated issues here too.
