HVAC begins, concrete issues emerge 12/20/19

Family room floor, once a garage, will likely need to be jack hammered up and re-poured. Surpise!
HVAC guys have removed the old system and begun installing new conduit.
Rain forecast Xmas week, so likelihood of concrete pour for garage is affected.
